We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and reliable individuals to join our team and support children and young people aged 8–17 facing challenges like learning disabilities and autism. Working in a children’s home goes beyond just completing tasks; it involves building meaningful relationships, fostering trust, and creating positive experiences that can significantly impact these young lives. Are you ready for a rewarding challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for dedicated and proactive individuals to join our dynamic teams supporting children and adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties include:

- Monitoring and assisting residents with daily life activities.

- Supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and associated complex needs, which may involve challenging behavior. - Assisting residents with personal care and managing care plan information.

- Attending reviews and meetings related to residents, along with other required tasks.

- Following tailored assistance plans for mobility, communication, social interaction, nutrition, and physical care.
